Definition
People recognize an intelligence by how it responds, what it notices, what it remembers, and where it draws a line. Nillow engineers those patterns into a coherent AI persona, designed for the role it serves and the people who encounter it.
Beyond the voice
Tone is easy to imitate for one reply. A useful persona stays coherent when the task changes, context is missing, or someone challenges it. We define its perspective, language, uncertainty, and handoffs so the identity survives the conversation.
Behavioral architecture
The work brings together role, vocabulary, memory use, disclosure, decision boundaries, and continuity across channels. A customer-facing guide, an internal copilot, and a specialist agent need different behavior. Each needs a clear way to say what it knows and can do.
Evaluation
